Insurance Carriers:
We share your information with insurance carriers (such as Alliance United, Infinity Insurance, and others) for the purpose of binding your insurance coverage. This is required to issue your policy.
California DMV / Dealertrack:
For DMV services, we share necessary vehicle and owner information with the California Department of Motor Vehicles through our authorized DMV partner system.
Service Providers:
We use third-party technology providers including:
• Supabase (database and authentication)
• Twilio (phone calls, text messages, and recordings)
• Cloud storage providers (for document storage)
• These providers are contractually required to protect your data
Legal Requirements:
We may disclose your information when required by law, court order, or government regulation, or to protect our rights and the safety of our clients and employees.
We do NOT sell your personal information to third parties.
5. CALL AND WALK-IN RECORDING
California Notice: California Penal Code § 632 requires that all parties to a confidential communication consent to recording.
Phone Calls:
Calls to and from our offices may be recorded for quality assurance, training, and compliance purposes. Callers are notified at the beginning of each call that recording may occur.
In-Person Visits:
Conversations at our office counters may be recorded for quality assurance and training purposes. Notice is posted at each counter location.
Recordings are retained for 90 days and then deleted, unless required for a legal matter. Transcriptions of recordings may be generated using automated AI tools.
6. SMS TEXT MESSAGES
If you have consented to receive text messages from us:
• We store records of messages sent and received in our CRM system
• We record your opt-in consent, including date, time, and method
• You may opt out at any time by replying STOP

7. DATA SECURITY
We protect your information using:

8. DATA RETENTION
