By signing up for the ‘Text Messaging Program you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages. Message and data rates may apply.
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases of goods or services and your consent is not a condition of purchase.
You will not receive any unsolicited messages from this sms number.
The service is not intended for children under 13, and does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13.

1. PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
Placas Con Mario LLC ("Placas," "we," "us," or "our") operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with clients regarding insurance services and California DMV registration services. By providing your mobile phone number and consenting to receive messages, you agree to these SMS Terms of Service.
We may send you the following types of messages:
• Insurance policy reminders and renewal notices
• DMV vehicle registration renewal reminders
• Payment due reminders and confirmations
• Document request notifications and upload links
• Appointment confirmations and follow-up messages
• Policy status updates and important notices
• Responses to your inquiries
2. HOW TO OPT IN
You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Placas in the following ways:
• In person at any of our office locations by providing your phone number and signing a consent form
• Over the phone by verbally confirming consent to the agent
• By texting START to our office number
By opting in, you expressly consent to receive automated and non-automated text messages from Placas Con Mario LLC at the mobile number you provide.
3. MESSAGE FREQUENCY
Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 10 messages per month depending on your account activity and any upcoming deadlines. Message frequency will be higher during active policy periods, renewals, or when documents are needed.
4. MESSAGE AND DATA RATES
Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by your mobile carrier. Placas Con Mario LLC does not charge for SMS messages.
5. HOW TO OPT OUT (STOP)
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by:
• Replying STOP to any message you receive from us
• Calling us at (951) 200-4466 and requesting to be removed
• Visiting any Placas office and requesting removal
After you send STOP, we will send you a final confirmation message and then you will receive no further messages. If you opt out, you may miss important notices about your insurance policy or vehicle registration. You may re-subscribe at any time by texting START.

7. SUPPORTED CARRIERS
Compatible carriers include but are not limited to: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, Boost Mobile, Cricket, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, and most other major and regional US carriers. Carrier support is not guaranteed for all carriers.
8. PRIVACY
